Vendor Negotiations and Supervision

Cost Effective Agreements and Properly Completed Work

DCI Technology Services shall utilize its full resources and national buying power in order to negotiate preferred service rates for our clients. Often, we can save 20-30% or more off costs available on a retail basis.

When vendors are requested to perform work on-site, DCI Technology Services personnel shall:

•Meet and accompany vendors on-site
•Serve as the resource for vendor inquiries
•Supervise performance of work completed and ensure work done is consistent with the needs of Baptist Health South Florida
•Complete required in-house documentation of work performed and request, receive and properly file all vendor documentation of services performed
